Need to remove video background in Premiere Pro CS6

Hi,

I have a video background with some green screen that I would like to remove in Premiere Pro and place with another video. Is there a way to do it without total green screen? Also, if the shot is rotational, how can this be accomplished?
I have what's known as a dinosaur system ( Adobe Premiere Pro CS6), so any help would be appreciated.
